Getting started
ClaraOP is a back-office for the creator economy. You use it to convert brand-deal emails into invoices, then into paid campaigns, without touching a spreadsheet.
Your first 10 minutes
- Register at
/register. Pick "Individual creator" if you're solo, or "Agency" if you manage a team. - Complete your business profile — business name, email, tax ID, currency, tax defaults. All of this stamps onto the invoices you issue.
- Connect your Gmail inbox (optional, but this is the killer feature). Inbox & Detection → Connect Gmail.
- Run your first scan. ClaraOP fetches unread threads that look like brand outreach and puts them in the Needs Review queue.
- Approve a deal → it becomes a Campaign. Fill in gaps, upload proof of delivery, generate an invoice, send it, mark it paid. Done.
Tip — Prefer to skip email? You can create campaigns manually from
